Anonymous References: We may reference situations and lessons learned from 34 years of consulting experience without identifying specific clients or companies, protecting your competitive position and identity

We never use client names, company names, or identifying details in educational content, presentations, or marketing materials without your explicit written authorization

Public Information

Information that is publicly available (published financial statements, press releases, public filings, or other disclosed data) is not subject to confidentiality restrictions.

Legal Compliance
